Our shop has a $50 pre-booking deposit policy for all treatments to secure your spot with the esthetician. The remaining price will be paid by the end of the service. This is a non-refundable amount in terms of 24-hour no-show policy.

Cancellation of the procedure

Our shop has a 24-hour no-show and cancellation policy, which is $50 for every hour it would have taken to complete the service. It is still necessary for you to contact us to reschedule your booked procedure in case of sickness and emergencies. By booking the appointment, you automatically agree with our 24-hour policy.
